Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Mahadev Book. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request verification of your age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Creation and Ownership
Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any balances held.
Your account credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact the support team immediately through the official WhatsApp number to request a password reset.
Mahadev Book reserves the right to refuse account creation, suspend existing accounts, or close accounts at its discretion if these terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are accepted through UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₹100. Funds are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received by the support team.
Withdrawals are requested through WhatsApp and are processed subject to verification of your identity and account standing. The platform aims to process withdrawals within the same day but does not guarantee specific processing times. Mahadev Book reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
All funds deposited must be used for legitimate betting activity on the platform. The platform reserves the right to withhold funds and close accounts where money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity is suspected.
Betting Rules
All bets placed on the platform are subject to the rules of the specific market and event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered unless the market rules explicitly permit it.
Market settlement is determined by the official results of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body or data provider recognised by the platform. In the event of a dispute, the platform’s determination of the result is final.
If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion, settlement rules vary by market type. In most cases, bets on markets that were not completed are voided and stakes are returned. Specific settlement rules for each market type are available on the platform.
The platform reserves the right to void bets that were placed in error, accepted at incorrect odds due to technical issues, or placed in connection with any form of match manipulation or insider information.
Exchange Model
Mahadev Book operates on a betting exchange model where odds are determined by market activity between players. The platform facilitates the matching of bets and charges a commission on net winnings. The platform does not act as a bookmaker and does not take a position against players.
Responsible Use
You are encouraged to bet responsibly and within your financial means. Do not use funds that are required for essential living expenses. If you feel that your betting activity is becoming problematic, contact the support team or seek assistance from a professional support organisation.
The platform reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close accounts where patterns of behaviour suggest harmful or compulsive betting activity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Mahadev Book website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Mahadev Book or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mahadev Book provides the platform on an “as is” basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, incorrect market data, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Your use of the platform and participation in betting activity is at your own risk. Mahadev Book is not responsible for financial losses incurred through betting. Betting involves risk, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
