Baseline Survey (Bihar and Jharkhand)
In order to assess the effectiveness of the various government schemes and impact of the efforts undertaken by various government organizations for rural citizens, TII under Project PAHAL conducted a baseline survey as a starting point for monitoring changes over the duration of the project. The survey was conducted in Bihar and Jharkhand that are the implementation areas of Project PAHAL. Both the baseline surveys were published by TII.
